You will receive a Patient Portal Account Notification email after your LifeStance Health office has added your account to the patient portal. Your experience with the portal begins with an email invitation from your provider’s office. *Helpful tip- it is a great idea to save the link to your Patient Portal to your browser favorites, or bookmark the page for quick access in the future. If you aren’t sure whether you ever received a login, click “Register” then enter your information using the email you provided us prior to your first visit. Login to your Patient Portal! If you can’t remember your login, simply click “Forgot Password”. Once you see your providers name, click to open their page and select the “Patient Portal” button on the left-hand side of the page.
